  • What are your Shipping and Return policies?
    SHIPPING POLICY Most Orders will ship out within 1-3 business days during non-holiday times. All orders requiring freight delivery will take longer. We ship with UPS, times of delivery once it leaves our warehouse are 1-6 days. Please call our offices if you have questions about a specific item. ​ You may cancel your pre-order purchase for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided the item has not already shipped. If the item has shipped, you are subject to the standard Return Policy below. To request a refund on your pre-order purchase, please contact us. RETURN POLICY All sales are final. While we strive to make sure your new arcade machine is packed and shipped with the upmost care, damage can occur during the shipping process. If there is any damage, call us immediately, even if after regular business hours, to report the damage. Take several photos of the damages and email them to us. ​ Returns are only accepted with proof of damage during delivery. If we have determined that the product was likely damaged during shipment, we will request the delivery carrier to pick up your machine or part and ship it back to us. In some cases, we may ask that you return only the damaged part instead of the whole machine. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pack or repack the arcade machine/part in a way that will keep it from getting any further damage. If the item is returned in the same condition as it was received by the customer and determined that it was damaged during shipping, we will either repair or replace your item and ship it back to you as soon as possible at no cost to you. ​ Freight shipments should be checked for damage before signed for by customer. Any claims for damage during a freight shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. We will help in any way possible with documentation to help the process. All decisions by us are final.
  • Do the arcades come with a warranty? What if I have an issue?
    All our games come with a free 2 year warranty. We also provide life-time live support for new purchases. Call us anytime at (302) 798-7100 and a representative will walk you through how to resolve any problem that arises. If there are any issues or your unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the game within the return time period, no questions asked.
  • Are the arcade games the same size as the original arcade versions?
    It depends on the arcade game. The Full-Size games are the same size as the original arcade classics. The Countertops games are smaller than the originally designed stand up arcade game. The Countertops are designed to be a small version of the arcade games that can easily be placed on a counter or table and moved as needed. Please refer to the indivudal arcade game listings for the exact dimesions.
  • Which 60 classic arcade games are included in the 60-in-1 models?

  • Can I pick the game up in person?
    Yes! Any game on the site can be picked up at our storefront located at 2 Stockdale Ave, Claymont, Delaware 19703. We ask that you please contact us beforehand so we can have it ready for pick-up when you arrive.
  • How can I adjust the volume?
    1) As you turn on the machine, press and hold down the Player One button for 5 seconds - this puts the game in test/setting mode. 2) Press the Player One button to advance through the settings until you see a screen that displays the volume settings. 3) Use the joystick to adjust the volume. 4) Press the Player Two button to save your adjustment. 5) Turn the machine on and off, upon restart the volume will now be set to your chosen volume.
